Each of the organizations they represent has a Medicare contract. Enrollment in any plan depends on contract renewal. Every year, Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system. Patriot Family Financial is a non-government entity and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Currently we offer 31 organizations nationwide.
